Creating Impact in Every Mission

Since 2014, Change the Plan has been working organically in the Columbus, Georgia community—long before we became a nonprofit. As real estate developers and entrepreneurs, our team has poured time, resources, and mentorship into young men ages 13 to 25, many of whom come from at-risk backgrounds. We’ve hosted community-based events, supported local business owners, and partnered with agents, politicians, and event planners to help power positive change. Whether teaching life skills, providing labor and job training, or simply showing up for young men who needed direction, this mission has always been real. Now, we’re building the nonprofit side to reach even more lives—with more structure and support.
